Following completion of a 6-month course as part of my PhD porgramme in Nanoscience at NOWNANO DTC, I commenced my research in Apr 2011 on processing novel, high-k nanocomposite dielectric materials for intergration in low-voltage OFETs suitable for low-cost, flexible and portable electronics in particular aqueous sensors and low power electronics. I have been closely working with the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering and School of Chemistry on material processing and analysis and (nano)device fabrication and characterisation.
